Systematization of training experiences: The laboratory as a didactic strategy in the teaching of Natural Sciences

Abstract

This article systematizes the outcomes of several Continuing Teacher Training (CTT) carried out at the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences (UNLPam), aimed at strengthening experimental practices across the initial, primary, and secondary education levels. Based on the analysis of pedagogical reports of courses, the improvement of confidence of teacher as well as persistent challenges linked to undergraduate teacher education and institutional conditions were achieved. Rather than an isolated technique, experimentation is proposed as a transversal axis for developing scientific thinking in schools.
